My First Book in Japanese
You gotta love it when your work gets read by people around the globe. As a translator myself, I know how important it is for books to get translated into other languages.
Not that I’ve written anything that will change the world, but the announcement in TidBITS today that my Take Control of Users and Accounts e-book has been translated in Japanese gives me pleasure. While I’ve never visited Japan, I’ve long been interested in the culture of oriental countries. I’ve studied Chinese, and I’ve played go for a long time. (One of the high points of my life was meeting Takemiya Masaki during a go tournament in Paris.)
So, I hope Japanese readers get as much from this e-book as others have. Domo arigato to the translators who have put my words into their language.
