Yes, that’s what I’m seeing. Even if you try to make a smart playlist for Genre
Is Podcast, it shows nothing. Very strange.

As for smart playlists not auto-updating on the iPod, this is indeed what I’m
seeing on my upddated 4G iPod. I’m assuming this is a bug that will be fixed;
I can’t imagine that Apple would have removed this basic functionality.

Ah? I haven’t seen that yet… (Haven’t used my iPod today.) I’ll look into it and
see if I can find an answer.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get back the dynamically updating smart
playlists on the iPod? This latest updater seems to have broken that function.
