I recommend APC.
I have used them (at least a dozen and a half) for many years, at home and in my office, without problems.

Belkin was one of the first companies to do iPod accessories - not only cases.
Back in the day, they had good, innovative stuff. But the company does a lot of
different things, and I wonder if, in recent years, they have been bought out or
simply lost track of quality.

I'm not too happy with them either, Kirk. I bought a Belkin Clear Case for a
new iPhone (which apparently was a revised version of what they had
previously sold, which had some serious flaws like opening up when least
expected, so that the iPhone falls to the ground). It's a nice case in many ways,
but clearly manages to scratch the metal siding on the iPhone when it's in the
case. I contacted Belkin, and all they told me was to return it for a replacement.
I just wanted them to be aware of the problem so they could correct it. I'm not
sure whether or not they get it, and would advise anyone to avoid their iPhone
cases for now.
