iCloud Storage Bump Free Through 2050?

I doubt it.

MobileMe users got an extra 20 GB when iCloud came out, but if you look at your iCloud account settings since yesterday, you’ll see this:



I’m pretty sure it’s a bug. However, since Apple’s personal hedge fund has more than $117 billion, maybe they’re giving it away…

      I noticed this the other night when I was trying, mighty unsuccessfully, to get AppleCare to help me figure out what was eating up so much of the storage on/in iCloud.

      The guy didn’t even “get” the mistake.

      And his answer to my question was, “We don’t know how to tell you that.”

      Seems to me that if you can’t figure out what it is that’s consuming space (when mail is only 5GB) you’re dealing with decisions made in the dark.

      It’s all way more confusing, this iCloud stuff, than the “Steve’s Apple” would have allowed.
